SRG Global is seeking a motivated Junior Credit and Collection Officer to join our Finance team based at Subiaco Head Office in Western Australia. This role offers training and a clear path to develop skills in credit, collections and accounts receivable within a large organisation.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong communication; prior credit control experience isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts via phone and email.
• Build positive relationships with customers and respond to account enquiries professionally.
• Monitor and manage the Accounts Receivable inbox.
• Assist with customer account reconciliations and receipt processing.
• Support invoice generation and customer account maintenance.
• Conduct credit checks and assist with new customer account setup.
• Liaise with operational teams regarding customer account matters.
• Assist with end-of-month statements and reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and financial records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team as required.
