Job summary

SRG Global is seeking a Credit Control Officer to join our Subiaco Head Office. This role manages customer accounts, follows up on payments and supports efficient financial processes to ensure timely cash flow.

You’ll work with the team to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, apply credit checks, and contribute to month-end activities while maintaining accuracy in records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, collections or accounts receivable.
• Membership with Australian Institute of Credit Management is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers and debtors by phone and email regarding outstanding accounts.
• Conducting credit checks and setting up new customer accounts.
• Generating invoices and claims in the system.
• Monitoring the Accounts Receivable inbox and responding to customer enquiries.
• Reconciling customer accounts and processing receipts accurately.
• Liaising with operational staff regarding accounts on hold.
• Assisting with month-end procedures, reporting and ad-hoc tasks.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
