Westpac is expanding its Emerging Corporates team in Adelaide, SA. The Business Development Manager will identify and convert new business opportunities, leveraging direct client engagement and broker channels to grow our commercial lending portfolio.

Based in Adelaide with flexible working arrangements, the role focuses on structuring complex lending solutions and building trusted relationships with customers and partners to support their ambitions.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial and corporate lending, including cashflow lending and credit assessment.
• Ability to structure and deliver complex lending solutions for commercial customers.
• Proven success acquiring new business and developing lasting customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and convert new business opportunities through direct engagement and broker channels.
• Structure lending solutions and present to clients in a compelling way.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral partners and brokers.
• Identify broader banking opportunities, including home lending needs.
