Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Emergency Management Victoria, seeks two Officer, Support and Facilities to assist the State Control Centre (SCC) operations. The roles provide onsite support, maintain ICT equipment, and participate in standby rosters under the VPS 2024 framework.

These ongoing, full-time positions offer VPS 3 salary range with additional superannuation, supporting a critical function within EMV and contributing to safer, more resilient communities.

Qualifications

• Solid administrative and customer service skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in facilities management is desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field would be advantageous, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective agency communication flows to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide SCC administrative support to ensure the operational functions of the SCC are delivered efficiently.
• Arrange, prepare and assist in the delivery of briefings, reports, meetings, meeting minutes and presentations.
• Support onsite SCC ICT equipment and facilities management as required.
