Job summary

Anglicare Central Queensland (AnglicareCQ) seeks a Children, Youth and Families Manager for Emerald to lead headspace Emerald operations (80%) and oversee counselling and youth programs (20%). The role drives portfolio growth, contract management and sustainable delivery, with accountability for compliance and staff development.

• Demonstrated management experience in youth, families or mental health programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
• Experience with funding agreements, budgets and reporting.
• Strategic planning and ability to grow program portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee headspace Emerald operations (80% workload) and related programs (20%).
• Manage contracts, funding agreements, budgets, reporting and KPI outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, business plans and annual workplans.
• Recruit, supervise and develop staff; ensure orientation to procedures.
• Engage with headspace partners and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain MOUs and ensure compliance with accreditation and model frameworks.
• Provide governance reporting to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
