Job summary

Anglicare Central Queensland is hiring an Administrative Support Officer at headspace Emerald to be the first point of contact for young people, families and community members seeking mental health and wellbeing services.

The role is full-time and fixed-term, encompassing reception, bookings, client records, and centre operations, with responsibilities including fleet management and information provision. Salary is AUD 71,800 per year plus superannuation and salary sacrifice.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in business/office administration (or related discipline) and experience in a similar position.
  • Or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from enrolment.

Join the welcoming team of headspace Emerald as an Adminsitrative Support Officer and become the friendly face that helps young people, families and community members to access vital mental health and wellbeing services.

As the first point of contact for our centre, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What will a typical day look like?

  • Welcome and support young people, families and visitors accessing headspace servicesbn.
  • Manage reception, enquiries, and appointment bookings in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Provide information about headspace services and connect young people with the support they need.
  • Maintain accurate client records and data across a range of systems.
  • Coordinate office supplies, resource and general centre operations.
  • Assist with the management of fleet vehicles, including bookings, servicing, maintenance and cleanliness.

Mandatory Requirements:
