Job summary

FOREVER US, part of the Forever New family, is seeking an Email & CRM Campaign Specialist to own engaging email and SMS campaigns across international markets. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Creative and Product teams to unite customer data, personalisation and commercial thinking for high-performing campaigns.

Ideal candidates are hands-on CRM professionals who blend creativity with customer insight and measurable results, working across a global brand and multi-market

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver email and SMS campaigns across multiple markets.
• Oversee end-to-end campaigns from briefing to deployment and reporting.
• Create targeted customer experiences using lifecycle data and loyalty insights.
• Lead testing and optimisation of content, audiences, offers and timing.
