Job summary

TRESP Recruitment - Medtech and Healthtech Experts is seeking an experienced Product Specialist - Electrophysiology in Adelaide, SA to own sales growth and drive account development across the territory and wider ANZ business.

You will collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Sales leadership and Marketing to execute territory strategies, identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key hospital stakeholders and physicians, supporting complex EP procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within the medical device industry.
• Cardiac medical device experience highly regarded, with EP experience standing out.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve commercial targets.
• Comfortable providing technical and procedural support within cardiac and hospital environments.
• Strong understanding of cardiac arrhythmias and the ability to communicate complex clinical and technical information.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage physicians, clinical teams and hospital decision-makers.
• Degree qualified, ideally within Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory sales strategies and business plans to achieve financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiac technologists, nurses and key stakeholders throughout the hospital buying process.
• Drive new product introductions, coordinate product trials and proactively follow up commercial opportunities.
• Provide strategic procedural support, including case preparation, set-up, troubleshooting and operation of advanced EP technologies.
• Partner with Clinical Specialists to coordinate clinical coverage, share customer insights and align on account priorities.
• Coordinate local professional education initiatives and customer events.
• Manage consignment inventory, account activity and reporting across the territory.
