Monjon Australia is seeking an Electronic Security Service Admin Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. You will play a key role in scheduling services, handling installations, system uploads and a broad range of admin tasks while delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will manage inquiries, accounts and technician follow ups, support the security department and contribute to smooth daily operations.

The role will see you working as a key element for Electronic Security Department team and whole of business.
Each day is different working in the team or autonomously supporting the team & business, while we are a small team, we manage systems from residential properties to large multi-tenant commercial buildings and everything in-between.
You will be responsible for scheduling services, installation, system uploads & all general admin tasks as the arise including customer service, accounts, service jobs & technician follow ups.
The other key part to this role is supporting the Monjon business and looking after incoming calls. You cant be afraid to learn
