Monjon Australia is seeking an Electronic Security Service Admin Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. You will play a key role in scheduling services, handling installations, system uploads and a broad range of admin tasks while delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will manage inquiries, accounts and technician follow ups, support the security department and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced security admin role.
• Familiarity with Simpro and AroFlo is highly regarded.
• At least 2 years in admin/scheduler work within a field-based environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while under pressure and stay organized.
• Self-starter who can work unsupervised and deliver results.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and curiosity to learn.
• Solid computer and software literacy with good written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and deliver consistently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule services, installations, system uploads and other general admin tasks.
