Active Electrical Distributors in Moorabbin is seeking a motivated Project Administrator/Co-Ordinator to join our busy projects team. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives on clear communication, organisation and keeping projects moving.

Reporting to the Projects Manager, you will liaise with contractors and suppliers, prepare quotations, expedite orders and ensure timely supply to site, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering a high level of service to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the Electrical Wholesale Industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaising daily with key contractors and suppliers
• Prepare and follow up project quotations in a timely manner
• Expedite orders and manage supply to ensure project deadlines are met
• Coordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveries
• Manage phone and email communication efficiently
• Track project progress and provide updates to Senior Management
• Assist with pricing, sourcing and product selection
