Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Melbourne, VIC to take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects.

You will oversee planning, procurement, budgets, safety and quality, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to meet programme milestones and client expectations. Competitive salary negotiable plus vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical contracting or similar.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction delivery, including procurement and site management.
• Exposure to infrastructure, commercial, industrial or major project environments.
• Electrical trade background or relevant engineering/technical qualification preferred.

Electrical Project Manager — Melbourne, VIC

Salary Negotiable (Depending on Experience) + Vehicle. Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background in electrical contracting, looking to take full ownership of project delivery across complex projects? This is an opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across Melbourne and wider Victoria. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, from planning and procurement through to site delivery and completion, overseeing technically challenging electrical works across infrastructure, commercial, industrial and large-scale project environments. You’ll play a key role in coordinating project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, budget and quality expectations. This role would suit someone who has developed their career within an electrical contracting environment and is now looking to take ownership of larger or more complex projects. Whether you’re an established Project Manager or an experienced electrical professional ready to step into greater project responsibility, there is genuine scope to grow within a business with a strong forward pipeline.
