Job summary

Morson Edge (Australia) is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead D&C warehouse, logistics and large commercial projects in Western Sydney. The role focuses on delivering projects from tender through to completion, coordinating builders, consultants, clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will hold an NSW Electrical Licence, bring strong budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management skills, and drive safety and quality across project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering D&C warehouse, logistics or large commercial projects.
• Hold NSW Electrical Licence.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, documentation and D&C delivery.
• Proven budgets, forecasting, variations and project profitability management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Cable Calc Pro and Simpro.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from tender to completion.
• Review tenders, contracts, designs and construction programs.
• Coordinate builders, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, variations and overall performance.
• Provide technical and commercial leadership on D&C projects.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality.
• Build client relationships and pursue continuous improvement.

My Client is a well-established electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across the commercial construction and industrial sectors, with a particular focus on large-scale warehouse, logistics and distribution centre developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from tender, design coordination and procurement through to completion.
• Review tender packages, contracts, electrical designs and construction programs.
• Coordinate builders, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, variations, procurement and overall project performance.
• Provide technical and commercial leadership across commercial and industrial D&C projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering D&C warehouse, logistics or large commercial projects.
• NSW Electrical Licence.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, documentation and D&C project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, variations and project profitability.
