Job summary

SGC Australia Pty Ltd in Perth, WA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Mining Services team. You will support our Lead Engineers to deliver the electrical scope on client projects across front-end design and execution phases.

The role requires solid understanding of electrical, instrumentation and control (E, I&C) principles for large industrial assets, with LV design experience using AutoCAD or MicroStation. Experience in front-end greenfield and brownfield projects is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience on front-end greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Proficient in LV design and drafting with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Experience creating single line diagrams, termination drawings, and schematics.
• Ability to incorporate vendor data into design and participate in major project design cycles.

• Relevant Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification

• Incorporating vendor data into design
• Major project design experience throughout the design cycle
