CGC Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Director / Associate Director to join the Perth building services team of a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. You will lead a team of 15 engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring and strong client engagement to shape the team's direction and project delivery.

This opportunity suits an established leader or an experienced Associate ready to step into broader leadership.

Formación

• Extensive electrical engineering experience within building services consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing engineering talent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services and Australian Standards.
• Track record in managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
• Commercial awareness and bids/proposals experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 15 engineers.
• Provide technical direction and oversight across electrical design and delivery.
• Manage team workload, resourcing and project priorities.
• Oversee design reviews, QA and technical standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support bids, proposals and business development activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery with other discipline leads.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and delivery risks.
