Job summary

Port Melbourne trainers and facilitators are sought to support a high-profile operational training program for a major public sector organisation. This delivery-focused role requires engaging with learners, facilitating structured sessions, and transferring knowledge effectively across leadership, train-the-trainer, supervisor and workforce capability programs.

Training is delivered face-to-face and virtually, with cohorts up to 20 participants.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, learning or facilitation programs, including use of LMS.
• LMS environment experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confidence delivering new and complex content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage experienced participants and subject matter experts.
• Proactive, adaptable and organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across leadership and operational roles.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Facilitate supervisor and coordinator training.
• Lead workforce capability initiatives.
