Job summary

Launch Recruitment - IT Recruiting in Canberra is seeking a Training Specialist to support a major Federal Government reform program. The role delivers instructor-led training, workshops and stakeholder briefings, in hybrid Canberra or Melbourne settings.

You will translate complex legislation and ICT changes into practical learning outcomes, develop materials, and work with business SMEs to uplift capability and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops or capability development programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience training users through business change, regulatory reform or system implementation initiatives.
• Ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing and reviewing learning content and training artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support a major Federal Government reform program delivering significant legislative, business process and technology change.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys facilitating training, engaging diverse stakeholders, translating complex information into practical learning outcomes and supporting organisations through large-scale change.

What you'll be doing
