Job summary

Randstad seeks a Nominations & Regulatory Services Officer to coordinate external communications for a major general election. The role requires drafting plain-English content, managing publication schedules, and working across subject-matter experts, executives, design teams, and vendors.

You will oversee webinars, ensure accurate updates, and provide clear guidance while navigating strict deadlines. This in-office role is based in Sydney CBD, five days per week, with potential extended hours

Responsibilities

• Draft, consolidate, and track external communications (newsletters, bulletins, site updates).
• Translate complex statutory requirements into clear plain-English guidance for candidates and stakeholders.
• Lead coordination for webinars, liaising with speakers, design teams, and vendors.
• Manage document reviews and executive sign-off via Teams and SharePoint.
• Compile webinar metrics and distribute follow-up communications.
