Catholic Early EdCare is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Educators to join our OSHC program in Queensland. You’ll support before/after school and vacation care for up to 140 children, creating safe, engaging spaces where kids learn, play and belong.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHC or care setting preferred.
• Passion for children’s growth and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, reliable and proactive approach.
• Ability to create engaging, inclusive, child-focused experiences.
• Current completion of, or willingness to complete, National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning).

About the Role As an OSHC Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help deliver meaningful experiences that encourage creativity, confidence, and belonging.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the daily care and supervision of children in a large and dynamic OSHC setting

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting,not essential but highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
• Ability to create engaging experiences that are fun, inclusive, and child-focused
• Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
