Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare is looking for a dedicated OSHC team member to help deliver before/after school and vacation care for up to 90 children within the St Francis Xavier School community. You’ll foster relationships with children and families, support playful, enriching activities, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

This role emphasizes building connections, promoting wellbeing, and collaborating with a caring team to create meaningful daily experiences for school-aged

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or actively working towards one.
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Completion or willingness to complete National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

Job Requirements:

• ACertificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, or be currently working towards one
• A currentQueensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Completed, or be willing to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
• A genuine passion for working with school-aged children in a play-based environment
• Experience in OSHC, education, recreation or care is highly regarded, butnot essential
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• A caring, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude
