Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Young, NSW, is seeking an Educator for a fixed-term full-time role (Jan 2027–Jul 2027), 38 hours per week. The position offers pay at $39.91 per hour plus Super and staff discounts, with opportunities to contribute to learning programs in the Preschool room.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, work alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Support safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives.
• Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.
