Job summary

Goodstart Tweed Heads is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and deliver high-quality learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

You will champion safety, inclusivity and strong relationships with children, families and the wider community, while growing your skills in a supportive, values-driven environment that encourages ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Maintain safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.
• Contribute to a nurturing, collaborative learning environment for families and community.

Goodstart Early Learning Tweed Heads is an innovative, inclusive centre providing quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Conveniently located close to the M1 and local schools, the fully air-conditioned centre features five purpose-designed rooms and engaging learning environments where children are encouraged to explore, create and discover.

Our team is passionate about building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community. Educators are supported by Early Childhood Teachers, a Child and Family Practitioner, Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist, creating a collaborative environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for every child.
