Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Educator for a Full Time role (38 hours per week) on a fixed term until 31 August 2027. You will collaborate with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to design and deliver enriching learning programs that support each child's growth.

The position offers at least 5% above award pay, 50% discount on childcare gap fees, paid parental leave, and additional wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood is required.
• ACECQA approved equivalent acceptable.
• Current Victoria Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure safety and inclusivity.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality early-learning experiences.

You’ll need:
