Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Douglas, Queensland, is seeking a caring Educator to design and deliver high-quality early learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to support children's wellbeing and development, supported by a range of leave, benefits, and discounted childcare.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Embed play-based, sensory-rich experiences that support children’s wellbeing and development.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence.
• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs.
