Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Glebe is hiring a Educator to join the team and deliver engaging early learning experiences. You’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft programs that support each child’s growth in a safe, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality learning, and collaboration within a nurturing, diverse team at a central Sydney site.

Qualifications

• Cert III in ECEC or ACECQA equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality learning programs for groups of children.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance learning experiences.
• Uphold safety, inclusivity and child protection standards in all activities.

Education

Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
