Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Woongarrah is seeking a passionate Educator to join our supportive team. You'll help craft engaging learning experiences for children, working with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver high-quality programs.

A focus on safety, inclusivity and strong family engagement is essential to help children thrive. We offer a part-time, fixed-term role until December 2026, with hours 34 per week across Mon-Fri, competitive pay above award, a range of staff

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Help craft and deliver high-quality learning programs for children.
• Support safety and inclusivity across learning activities.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to enhance learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the centre team.

Education

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood

About Goodstart Woongarrah:

Join the passionate team at Goodstart Early Learning Woongarrah, an Exceeding-rated centre in the growing Woongarrah community. Our experienced educators create a respectful, inclusive environment where children thrive, and families are valued as partners.

We are looking for somone that is available 5 days a week Monday, Thursday & Friday 9am-5pm and Tuesday & Wednesday 9am-2pm but also flexible with hours.

Our centre Educators are allocated a play station each week to provide consistency and predictability for children. Play stations give educators the opportunity to primarily focus on building relationships with the children whilst learning is occurring.

You'll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
