Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Young, NSW, is seeking an Educator with a Diploma to join the team for a fixed-term period from January 2027 to July 2027. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with pay at $39.91 per hour plus super and staff discounts.

You’ll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and deliver engaging learning programs, ensuring safety, inclusivity, and positive developmental outcomes for children in care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to learning programs for children in the Preschool room.
• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to enhance learning outcomes.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in all activities and interactions.

You’ll Need
