Kool Beanz North Queensland is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator (Certificate III/Diploma) for a part-time role up to 37.5 hours per week across 5 days. You will support classroom programs, engage with children, families and community, and contribute to delivering high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a passionateAssistant Educatorwho is Certificate III / Diploma qualified or actively working towards their qualification. Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
• Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

You will have:

• Qualifications: Certificate III / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
