Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a dedicated Educator for a fixed term 12-month contract, working part-time (30 hours) Monday to Friday with a rotating roster from 7:00am to 6:30pm. Earn $35.44–$39.91 per hour plus super, with opportunities to grow within a nurturing environment.

You will collaborate with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver engaging early learning programs, while upholding safety, inclusivity, and strong Child Safe principles.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma (or ACECQA equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current ACT Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Work alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality education.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity, contributing to a positive learning environment.
