Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Kincumber, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Educator for a full-time role (38 hours per week). You will work with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design engaging learning experiences and maintain a safe, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

We offer pay of $35.44–$39.91 per hour, at least 5% above the award, plus benefits like 50% childcare gap fees discount, paid parental leave, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs.
• Deliver engaging, inclusive activities that support each child’s development.
• Uphold safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning.
