Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Mount Isa is seeking an Educator to partner with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences. The role focuses on safety, inclusivity, and fostering each child’s development in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Gecckoplatform.

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences.

Located only minutes from the CBD and Hospital.

Our recently upgraded outdoor environment has shaded playgrounds, designated bike track, water play area, vegetable garden pods, beautifully landscaped gardens, sand pit, climbing area and a fresh coat of paint.

The centre provides care and learning for children in Nursery, Toddler, Senior Toddler, Pre-Kindy, and Kindergarten. We provide a play-based curriculum that is based on the individual needs of the children.
