Grand Kids Early Learning in Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to support high-quality programs aligned with EYLF. You will build secure relationships with children and families and contribute to a calm, safe learning environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. (or working towards)
• Current Working With Children Check/Blue Card.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Current Child Protection training and understanding of mandatory reporting obligations.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and approved learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of child safe practices, active supervision and professional responsibilities within early childhood education and care.
• Warmth, professionalism and genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to inclusion, reflective practice and ongoing professional growth.
