Job summary

Peak Childcare Redbank in Ipswich, Australia, is seeking a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. You will support planning and implementing EYLF-aligned programs and observe and document children’s learning, building positive relationships with families and colleagues.

You will contribute to a safe, nurturing environment, maintain supervision, and ensure wellbeing while following policies and participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be currently working towards it.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standard is required.
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.

• Ability to be flexible, reliable, and proactive

Mandatory Requirements:

• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Child Protection training
• Full working rights in Australia
