Nature's Kids Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator/Room Leader to guide a room and contribute to high-quality learning experiences. You will plan educational programs aligned with EYLF, foster engaging environments, and build strong partnerships with children and families.

We value mentoring, ongoing professional development, and adherence to child safety standards within a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as Lead Educator/Room Leader.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
• Child protection and child safety training.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Strong understanding of child safety, supervision and regulatory requirements.
• Confidence leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for high-quality outcomes for children.
