Job summary

Juniors Journey Early Education in NSW seeks an experienced Centre Director to lead a safe, inclusive learning environment for young children. You will oversee curriculum planning, regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations while modelling ethical conduct and strong teamwork.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, proven leadership, knowledge of the NQF and child safety laws, and the ability to mentor staff and engage families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and team management.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, approved learning frameworks, child development and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of child safe legislation, mandatory reporting obligations and safeguarding responsibilities within early childhood education and care.
• Commitment to children’s health, safety and wellbeing.

What You’ll Bring

• Current Working With Children Check/Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
• Understanding of inclusive and culturally responsive practices.
