Goodstart Buderim in QLD is hiring an Educator for the Toddler Room. This permanent full-time role is 38 hours per week, offering an hourly rate up to $39.91 plus Super and benefits. About The Role

As an Educator in our Toddler Room at Goodstart Buderim, you'll become a valued member of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and development.

You’ll help foster safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn as they build confidence, independence, and social skills.

What you'll bring

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
