Job summary

Goodstart Beachmere, QLD is seeking a Diploma Educator for the Toddler Room to support developmental milestones and independence through play-based learning. You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop learning programs in a safe, inclusive environment.

You'll build meaningful relationships with children and families, contribute to high‑quality programs, and participate in reflective practice and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform.
• Genuine passion for supporting toddlers' learning, development, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support toddlers' developmental milestones and emerging independence.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and centre leadership to deliver high-quality programs.

About the role

You'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and enhance exceptional learning programs for children in the Toddler Room.

Your commitment to safety, inclusion, and responsive care will help ensure every child feels valued and supported as they explore, learn, and build relationships.

Opportunity to work in the Toddler Room

Conveniently located close to local schools, shops, transport, and the beach

Open Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
