Job summary

Goodstart Gatton is looking for an Educator to join our team at the Gatton centre. You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver high-quality learning programs and nurture children in a safe, inclusive environment.

The role requires a relevant qualification (Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood), knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and a current QLD Working with Children Check. We offer above-award pay and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, work alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Maintain safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
