Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is hiring Educators in Queensland. Earn 35.44–39.91 AUD per hour plus super, with above‑award pay and strong growth opportunities.

You’ll help design learning programs, support safety and inclusion, and collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to enrich children’s developmental experiences. We offer scholarships, 50% fee discounts, paid parental leave, and wellbeing benefits, plus staff discounts and uniform allowances.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Gecco platform.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity for every child in learning experiences.
• Support children's development in line with EYLF and NQS.
• Contribute to an inclusive and diverse work environment.
