Goodstart Early Learning Dalby is seeking a dedicated Educator to supportSenior Educators and our Educational Leader in delivering exceptional learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and active involvement in daily learning experiences.

You will work within a 74‑place centre, operating 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with competitive pay above the award, plus superannuation, and a range of staff benefits designed to support growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Educators and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality learning programs.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive environment for every child.
• Support daily learning activities across rooms within operating hours 7am–6pm.
