Job summary

Goodstart Gatton is seeking an Educator to join our 74-place Centre at Gatton. You will help craft learning programs with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader, ensuring safe, inclusive environments where every child thrives.

We offer a permanent full-time role (38 hours/week) with pay between AU$35.44 and AU$39.91 per hour plus superannuation and benefits, including at least 5% above the award, 50% discount on childcare gap fees and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Completion of National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance learning programs with Senior Educators and Educational Leader.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity across learning experiences.
• Contribute to a positive, culturally safe environment for children and families.

You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
