Job summary

Goodstart Mount Isa is seeking an Educator to support the delivery of high-quality learning programs for children. You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to tailor experiences that nurture development while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

As part of the team, you’ll contribute to a play-based curriculum, participate in ongoing professional development, and help create a welcoming setting where every child feels valued and supported.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

• Craft and enhance learning programs for children in our care.

Pay: $35.44 to $39.91 - depending on qualification and experience

About Goodstart Mount Isa

• Located only minutes from the CBD and Hospital.
• Our recently upgraded outdoor environment has shaded playgrounds, designated bike track, water play area, vegetable garden pods, beautifully landscaped gardens, sand pit, climbing area and a fresh coat of paint.
• The centre provides care and learning for children in Nursery, Toddler, Senior Toddler, Pre-Kindy, and Kindergarten. We provide a play-based curriculum that is based on the individual needs of the children.
