About the role

As an Educator at Goodstart Kenmore – Kersley Road, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, families, and educators throughout the centre.

As an Educator, you'll work across multiple age groups, providing flexibility and support wherever needed while helping to maintain high-quality educational programs and meaningful learning experiences.

In this role, you'll:

• Support children's learning and development across different rooms
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
• Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to provide high-quality care and education
