Job summary

TAFE Queensland is seeking a Project Support Officer for the Educational Planning System Project to support the Project Manager and team across planning, reporting, and governance within a PRINCE2 framework.

The role is temporary, full-time to 30 June 2027, with a flexible primary location and potential work at TAFE Queensland campuses. You will manage Teams/SharePoint sites, facilitate meetings, triage ServiceNow tickets, and assist training efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project support or project administration.
• Ability to manage reporting packs and governance documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 project management methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and project team to develop and manage the Educational Planning System Project.
• Manage Microsoft Teams/SharePoint project sites and security groups.
• Provide secretariat support to EPS Project Board and EPS Focus Group.
• Triage ServiceNow tickets and manage knowledge base articles.
