Job summary

TAFE Queensland is seeking a Project Support Officer for the Educational Planning System project. You will support the Project Manager and team to deliver a complex educational system within its lifecycle and timeframe, coordinating reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role involves managing Teams/SharePoint sites, service requests in ServiceNow, secretariat tasks for the project board, and assisting with training and testing of new platform functions to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Experience supporting IT projects with lifecycle management.
Strong planning, reporting and risk/issue management skills.
Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager and team to develop and manage the EPS project.
Administer Project Teams/SharePoint sites, including risks, content and security groups.
Provide secretariat support to the EPS Project Board and Focus Group.
Triage ServiceNow tickets and coordinate responses.
Assist with training sessions and testing of new platform functions.
Help ensure delivery within scope, time and budget.
