Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking a temporary Support Officer to join the Course Development and Quality Branch, supporting the design and development of Nationally Recognised Training. The role involves coordinating information, project tasks, and providing administrative and project support across a dispersed team.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with attention to detail, and able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and/or operational support in a professional environment.
• Experience using records management and/or information or finance systems.
• Experience using JIRA is highly regarded.
• Valid Working with Children Check required prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organise information for projects.
• Use project management software to create and progress project tasks.
• Provide a range of general administrative and project support across a geographically dispersed team.
