Job summary

TAFE Queensland is seeking a Project Support Officer for the Educational Planning System Project. You will assist the Project Manager and team to plan, document and deliver a complex IT project across campuses, within a defined lifecycle.

The role includes managing Teams/SharePoint sites, handling risks and issues, providing secretariat support, and triaging ServiceNow tickets. You will liaise with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across campuses.

• Demonstrated project support experience including planning, risks and issues management, reporting, and meeting facilitation.
• Experience in consolidating project data and providing reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and project team to manage a complex Educational Planning System Project within a lifecycle and timeframe.
• Manage Teams/SharePoint team sites, risks, issues registers, security groups, and administrative tasks.
• Provide secretariat support to the EPS Project Board and EPS Focus Group.
• Manage knowledge base articles and triage ServiceNow tickets.
• Assist the EPS Test Lead with security role allocation and testing new platform functions.
• Assist Change, Communication and Training Lead with training sessions.
