Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Huntly Viewpoint seeks an experienced Educational Leader to refine and elevate educational practice across a 0–6 year service. You will lead the educational program, coach educators, and strengthen curriculum planning with a focus on consistency and reflective practice.

Join a supportive Centre Leadership Team, drive high-quality outcomes, and contribute to ongoing professional development while upholding child safety and inclusion commitments.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher (Bachelor/ECT highly regarded).
• Proven leadership experience in early education.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF and best practice in early childhood education.
• Coaching/mentoring leadership approach.
• Ability to drive consistency and quality across multiple rooms.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.

Responsibilities

With the centre now established and operating, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educational Leader to step in and help refine, strengthen and elevate educational practice across the service.

About Huntly Viewpoint

Our Huntly Viewpoint service is a modern, purpose‑built centre designed to support high‑quality learning environments for children aged 0–6 years.

Open 6:30am–6:30pm, the service has built strong foundations, with engaged families, committed educators, and a growing community presence.

The focus now is on embedding consistency, strengthening curriculum practice, and driving high‑quality outcomes across all rooms.

About The Role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening and enhancing educational practice across the service.

Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you will ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across all learning environments.

You Will
