Job summary

Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Huntly Viewpoint seeks an experienced Educational Leader to refine and elevate educational practice across a 0–6 year service. You will lead the educational program, coach educators, and strengthen curriculum planning with a focus on consistency and reflective practice.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher (Bachelor/ECT highly regarded).
• Proven leadership experience in early education.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF and best practice in early childhood education.
• Coaching/mentoring leadership approach.
• Ability to drive consistency and quality across multiple rooms.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the educational program across all rooms.
• Coach, mentor and support educators to build capability and confidence.
• Strengthen curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Embed Aspire’s Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy consistently across the service.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Drive continuous improvement aligned to quality standards and service goals.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and educators.
• Partner closely with the Centre Manager to support daily operations and practice improvement.
• Support a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
