Aspire Early Education in Melbourne is seeking two Assistant Educators to join our warm team at Tarneit Place. These permanent part-time roles involve supporting children's learning and wellbeing across rotating shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

We value caring, positive professionals who foster safe, engaging environments and contribute to observations, programming and documentation with a strong EYLF/NQS focus.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Ability to plan, observe and contribute to documentation of children's learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

We’re looking for educators who are committed to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children feel supported, valued and encouraged to learn and grow.

These permanent part-time opportunities are ideal for educators who enjoy building meaningful relationships with children and families, working collaboratively with their team, and contributing to high-quality early childhood education and care.

About the Role

We have two opportunities available across Room 1 and our Float position. You’ll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing while helping create a positive and inclusive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Building warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Contributing to observations, programming and documentation of children's learning and development.
• Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and supporting the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality care and education.

Positions Available: 2

Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.
